I am a life long resident of the Will County area and a professional Realtor® for 9 years.  I have extensive area knowledge and expertise with the buying & selling process.  I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation -  only 4% of REALTORS® hold each designation. 

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.    

I also hold the GRI designation - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute.

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to you by securing a strong educational foundation. Through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, these REALTORS® can better serve prospective clients and customers.       

The purpose of my website is to educate my clients on the buying & selling process.  For my buyers to better evaluate the market and for my sellers to have a greater knowledge of their homes value.  Last but not least, to have both buyers and sellers understand the importance of choosing a qualified real estate professional.
